No returns , we reserve the right to refuse service to any one. Shipping is available to anyone in the USA (local pickup also available). Any animal $300 or more can be put on a payment plan with a 25% non-refundable payment. All payment plans must be completed within 30 days. Live arrival guarantee is only for fed ex hub pick up

Shipping to local FedEx hub is preferred.

We ship Thursday and Friday with good acceptable weather on both ends.

Animals genetics are identified to the best of our abilities.

All animals are healthy/feeding, and correctly sexed to the best of our abilities.

Upon arrival, (first hour) we ask that you check the animal/animals right away. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made in the first hour of arrival we assume you are content with the animal/animals and we no longer take responsibility for them.
